Step 3 : Now save the file as computer_gender.vbs.
Remember file extension should be .vbs otherwise it won't work.

Step 4 : Double click on the file to run it.

Watch ASCII Star Wars in Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8

Every one of us has watched Star Wars on television, computer or in a theater. It is the same movie with aliens fighting each other for galaxies and such stuff. There is nothing new in it. But wait, have you watched an ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) version of Star Wars and that too in Windows using telnet? A word mostly linked with computer wizards. Well if you have not, then you must do it now!

There is a complete copy of Star Wars done entirely in ASCII characters that you can watch in the Windows operating system (or any OS that supports telnet). The only thing required to watch it is an internet connection; speed does not matter.

To watch it on Windows XP, Mac OS X and Linux

1.                Go to Start, Run. (Only for Windows users)

2.                Now type "telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl" without the quotes and press Enter. Users of Mac OS X and Linux can directly execute this code in the terminal window.

On Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista

Telnet is turned off by default in the latest versions of Windows. So, in order to watch star wars, you must first enable telnet by going to Control Panel › Programs › Turn Windows Feature On or Off and ticking both the telnet check boxes. After doing that, follow the steps given below:-

1.                Go to Start, Search in Windows Vista and Windows 7. On Windows 8, open the main Start page.

2.                Type telnet and press Enter.

3.                In the following command prompt window, type "o" without quotes and press Enter.

4.                Now type "towel.blinkenlights.nl" without the quotes and press Enter.

If you do not need telnet anymore, you can turn it off.

Step 4 :-     After copying and pasting the JavaScript given above press the enter key and hidden passwords will be shown to you.

Type Dir to check whether it contain unusual .exe files

Yes it contains .exe File with autorun.inf

Step 4 :-     Now you can delete these two files or rename these things.

In this case you will rename autorun.inf file into aa

Type rename autorun.inf aa then press Enter in command prompt.

Step 5 :-     Now you can access the drive E: without affecting the virus (Open My Computer click Address Bar then type E:\ and press Enter)

Aa this is the renamed autorun.inf

Step 6 :-     Now you can Delete these two files.

Keeping the Windows XP Core in the RAM

If you have 512 MB or more of RAM,

you can increase system performance by having the Windows XP 'Core' kept in the RAM instead of paged on the hard disk.

Step 1 :-     Go to Start -> Run - Type regedit and press enter

Step 2 :-     On the left hand side tree, navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\MemoryManagement\

Step 3 :-     On the list on the right side, look for an entry called 'DisablePagingExecutive'

Step 4 :-     Double click it

Step 5 :-     Press 1 on your keyboard

Step 6 :-     Click OK

Step 7 :-     Exit regedit and reboot your computer

Step 8 :-     To revert to the default setting, follow the same steps as above, but this time, press 0(zero) instead of 1 on the keyboard.

Super Hide the files Using Command Prompt

All of us want to hide some files, movies etc etc. Many of us make the attributes of the file as hidden and make it invisible through the folder options. But every computer user knows it. I know on using other’s computer almost all of us enable showing hidden files to see what secret content he has, Don’t you ? But there exists a trick with which you can hide your content from others. Let me give you that

Create a folder you want to hide or take a folder already present to hide.

Now open the Command Prompt by clicking Start->Run->cmd

Navigate to the location where your folder(the one you want to hide) is present. Suppose the folder is in the C drive i.e. (Arshad) then in the command prompt I have to type cd C:\

Type the following codes to hide or unhide your folders:-

To hide your Folder type:

attrib +h +s Arshad 

Then hit Enter

Now to Un-hide your folder type:

attrib -h -s Arshad 

Then hit Enter
